Even if the summer is still warm outside, the culinary highlights of the year are already casting their shadows: From November onwards, the outback Lindlar will be inviting you to our traditional goose dinner again!
Look forward to crispy goose legs, tender goose breasts or our popular goose platters - freshly prepared with classic apple red cabbage, handmade dumplings and strong mugwort jus.
